5 Ways to Increase the Profitability of Your School

If you have a child in school you must be all to aware of the
constant need for fundraisers. Chances are also good that you
have had enough of cookie dough, wrapping paper, candy and
other fundraisers which force you to purchase items at high
prices which you would rather not purchase but you feel
obligated to do so because the profits go to support your
school. Learn below 5 ways you can increase the profitability
of your school fundraisers with items which you will actually
be excited about purchasing.
1. Explore fundraising opportunities with network marketing or
home party companies. Many of these products are higher quality
and at a cheaper price. Items such as kitchenware, candles,
Tupperware and more. You may also be able to turn a home party
with one of these companies into a fundraiser for your
school.
2. Find someone who is selling a product you already use anyway
and that you feel many others use and enjoy as well and sell
that item as a fundraiser. If you do not know personally anyone
selling that item you can do your research online and find
someone who would be happy to help you.
3. Consider conducting a catalog fundraiser with a direct sales
company. Many of these companies have catalogs and fundraising
programs already set up and would be happy to provide you with
catalogs. This makes your fundraiser not only more profitable
but easier as well.
4. Collect information on more than one new product and vote on
which one you will complete along with the other parents who
will also be selling the product.
5. Ask whoever you set up a fundraiser with if it is possible
to set up a repeat order program where any additional sales
generated by the same customers who purchased your fundraising
product in the first place would have a portion of the order
donated to your school.
Follow these tips and fundraising for your school will be easy
and more profitable. Instead of regretting your fundraising
efforts they will be fun and something you can look forward
to.
